Master
Minimum 5 Years experience in the Hospitality Industry that includes at least two years managing the same establishment in a Maitre D' or equivalent role.

Attain a success rate of 90% or higher on the online test and the Service Practical test.

Proof of CheeseCyclopedia certification from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (included in certification kit).

30-hour (2 credits) supervisory course (waived if candidate holds an approved culinary degree)

Achievement of a professional milestone, (can be substituted with a written career review)

Fluent in the English language

An oral case study with FDRP Dining Room Master Panel.
15 years of active hospitality plus approved culinary degree
or
20 years of active hospitality (requisite experience variety)

Attain a success rate of 90% or higher on the online test.

Attain a success rate of 90% or higher on the Service Practical test, which is to be submitted to FDRP in the shape of a video or DVD as per the example included in the certification kit

CPR & AED training

Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Service certification (or equivalent)

Fluent in the English language

CHE certification (or equivalent) from the AH&L Association, waived for candidates holding a bachelor degree or higher university diploma in hospitality; completion of a Sanitation Course (or state recognized equivalent)

Lead a successful grand opening or manage a restaurant/hotel that saw tangible improvements under your direction.
