Certification Programs
The Service
Certification Program provides both new and experienced professionals
a unique path designed to validate and substantiate their dedication
to the hospitality industry. This step-by-step career path recognizes
the wealth of knowledge that front-of-the-house professionals possess
and allows recognition of their experience through the passing of
each level.
From Apprentice, Associate, to the progressive Professional and
Master levels, each program is designed to facilitate the building
of dedicated service professionals with a strong knowledge of the
techniques, practices and management experience that can be applied
to any style of restaurant, regardless of its cuisine or complexity
of service. By successfully completing each step, a Certified Professional
is assured the highest levels of recognition, respect and employment
opportunities in the hospitality industry.
The Federation has accredited a number of Institutions offering
classes that are requisite for the Certification Program. For a
