INSTRUCTOR'S KIT

This comprehensive kit provides an educator or trainer with all the tools to quickly impart the skills and practices servers need in this increasingly demanding industry.

This training toolkit includes the Instructor's Guide, a supporting CD, color transparencies (optional) and one Student Workbook.

The Instructor's Guide is neatly structured into independent sessions. Each session comes complete with learning objectives, example test questions and practical exercises, standards of performance, and a strength rating chart of test questions that are only for the educators' use.

 
STUDENT WORKBOOK

Designed to facilitate retention of the material covered in the Certification Examination, this workbook reviews the basics of dining room service.

This book assists in the delivery of information by providing students write-in note areas within the workbook to place crucial information.

By following page by page the session information found in the Instructor's Guide, this book is an easy-to-follow reference for new trainees or students.

CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION

The instructor is provided paper tests with examination codes that will remain active for students to retake the exam, should that be necessary.

Multiple tests are used, minimizing a student's ability to research or copy answers.

Students who attain a success rate of 80% or higher on the test achieve Certified Dining Room Apprentice designation and a certificate is automatically sent to the faculty to co-sign at closing of the class's roster.
