We Are
Founded in
1998, FDRP is a worldwide organization and the leading provider
of service certification and restaurant solutions. FDRP offers educational
materials and self-study programs that prepare and certify individuals,
students/faculty and staff/managers in the techniques of proper
service. All FDRP training/teaching materials are approved by the
International Sommelier Guild (ISG) and endorsed by the American
Culinary Federation (ACF), which awarded the FDRP programs with
the distinguishing honor: Educational Assurance Award.
Partnered with
some of the most prestigious culinary schools and restaurants in
America, the Federation promotes excellence in dining room hospitality
with two levels of membership, the Pro-Success online information
resource, turnkey Instructor's Training Toolkits, and five service
certification designations.
We exist to
honor and promote excellence in dining rooms and support individuals
and restaurants that symbolize quality, professionalism and consistency
in restaurant hospitality.
What we do:
- Represent

first Service Certification Program consisting of multiple and
progressive levels including "Certified Dining Room Associate
and Certified Associate Wine Steward," "Certified Dining
Room Professional or Dining Room Captain," and "Certified
Dining Room Master."

which are founded on the International Business & Gourmet Standards
(I.B.G.S.) of Hospitality and are configured to suit the profile
of the modern clientele, in harmony with the requirements and
constraints of dining establishments;

an ever-expanding list of discount providers for items including
consulting and website services, restaurant equipment and more.
